Celebrating Imperfections

Equality 01

“There is no greater disability in society than the inability to see a person as more.” – Robert M. Hensel.

Many of us must have come across these famous lines at some point or the other.

Life is more about GIVING and CREATING. Giving love, affection, empathy, compassion; and Creating a society where there isn’t the inability to a person’s real worth.

Similar were the thoughts of our founder and CEO of Equal Life, Sanjukta Mukherjee, who envisioned creating an inclusive society; in which EQUALITY is the foundation. Where imperfections are celebrated, not criticized. According to her, the concept of equality is simple. We as individuals should ensure that everyone gets an equal opportunity to make the most out of their lives and talents. People might not be born with equal abilities, but, they all are unique in their own ways and have the absolute right to equality. In simple words, the five fingers of our hand aren’t of equal length, each has its own function and uniqueness, but once they bend, they all stand equal.

This is what Equal Life stands for. Our organization aims at embracing the abilities and lending a helping hand to such unique and amazingly talented people, who are often discriminated or looked down upon, merely because of who they are or where they come from.

Equal life envisions creating a society, where Differently-Abled people and Women from different walks of life who thrive to make an impression in the society, are treated equally and more sensibly. We strive at constructing a platform where these beautiful souls showcase their talent and also acquire a livelihood for themselves, making them achieve:

1)      Sustainable dignity;

2)      Gainful employment;

3)      Financial inclusion;

4)      Economic independence.

So who are we?

We are just the SIDEKICKS. They are the REAL HEROES.

What do we want?

We want to ASSEMBLE them and conquer people’s hearts.

How do we do that?

With your love, affection, and a little support towards them.

Wondering how will you support them?
